No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

This bill repeals W.S. 21-9-101(g), thereby eliminating elementary foreign language instruction as a component of the required state educational program, effective July 1, 2011.

Funding for this program was eliminated in the 2011-12 biennium budget passed during the 2010 legislative session.
