FISCAL NOTE

The fiscal impact is indeterminable.  The legislation provides that no new designations shall be made after July 1, 2011, but the council shall retain the authority to remove designations.  Since it is not known how many requests will be made to remove designations, the impact to the Environmental Quality Council is unknown.
