Source of Expenditure Increase:

Increased additional claims to the Wyoming State Employees’ & Officials’ Group Plan due to new benefit mandate.

Assumptions:

Estimated additional claims due to new mandate is anticipated to be between $30,000 to $50,000 on an annual bases.  The number utilized for additional spending authority is the midpoint.
