FISCAL NOTE

The bill authorizes and directs the Board of Land Commissioners to sell, at an appraised value, acquired lands under the general supervision of the Department of Health.  Funds received through the sale of the land will be deposited in the General Fund; however, an exact amount is indeterminable until an appraisal has been completed.
