Description of Appropriation:

Funds are to be expended for the purpose of upgrading the computer system to enhance the quality and timeliness of services provided and through establishing an entirely online application for nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) interested in applying for Wyoming licensure.

Assumptions:

Providing an online application process will significantly decrease licensing application time.  All elements of the application would be available for the applicant to access and submit online with the exception of fingerprint cards (which require special paper and are provided by law enforcement agencies).
