This appropriation is for payment of salary, per diem and mileage for legislative task force members. The above estimate assumes a total of 4 meeting days, with 2 meeting days taking place in FY 2011 and 2 meeting days taking place in FY 2012.

This bill also contains an appropriation of $8,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Governor’s Office.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

Any additional fiscal or personnel impact is not determinable due to insufficient time to complete the fiscal note process.
