Source of Expenditure Increase: This bill increases the number of residents who would qualify for pioneer licenses and therefore will require the transfer of an estimated $45,000 to the Wyoming Game and Fish Fund from funds appropriated to the State Auditor for the Free and Reduced Price License Revenue Recoupment Program, to the extent available.
Assumptions: The estimated numbers of licenses sold in 2009 that would meet the collective years of residency were: 1,934 for Fish, Game Bird, and Small Game, 384 for Pioneer Heritage Big Game, and 32 Pioneer Big Game.
