No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

Governor Freudenthal’s staff believes that this directive can be accomplished with existing budget dollars.  It should be noted that until the legislated link is in place and operational, it is difficult to project the number of filings that will be received and how they will impact the department workload in the long run.  The volume is not expected to be very large, but if that expectation is false, then additional funding may be needed.

This bill is effective immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become a law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constitution, and is repealed effective July 2, 2013.
