This bill contains appropriations of $24,587,910 from the WATER DEVELOPMENT I to the Water Development Commission.  These appropriations are effective immediately.

This bill contains appropriations of $12,932,700 from the WATER DEVELOPMENT II to the Water Development Commission.  These appropriations are effective immediately.

Description of appropriation:

The appropriations reflected above will be used for grants and loans to project sponsors (municipalities, irrigation districts, and special districts) for the design, permit procurement, land acquisition, construction engineering, and construction of water projects.

The 0600 series expenditures reflected above would be expended for grants, and the 0800 series expenditures would be expended for loans, as described in the bill.
