FISCAL NOTE

The fiscal impact is indeterminable.

Depending on how agreements with other agencies are written, the Department of Parks and Cultural Resources may be responsible for paying the salary of the temporary law enforcement personnel.  However, for most emergency incidents that would require this statute change, the Department of Parks & Cultural Resources may be reimbursed by insurance or a federal agency.
