FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $2,000,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Medicaid contingency reserve created by Wyoming Session Laws 2010, Ch. 39, section 306.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

Any additional fiscal or personnel impact is not determinable due to insufficient time to complete the fiscal note process.
