FISCAL NOTE

This bill contains an appropriation of $15,000,000 from the BUDGET RESERVE ACCOUNT to the proposed Water Development Account IV.

The above appropriation is to be expended for the Gillette Madison Water Project created under W.S. 99-3-1405. However, the legislature would need to appropriate funds from Water Development Account IV to the Gillette Madison project before any of the funds could be expended.

The bill also creates Water Development Account IV. Funds in the proposed Water Development Account IV shall be reserved for any water project beyond the financial capabilities of Water Development Account I, II or III as determined by the governor or the legislature.
