       The act changes the frequency that certain offenders must register and requires certain juveniles to register.

       The act also makes changes to current registration requirements, including:

o       Offenders must provide the physical address of their employment and the physical address of any school they attend;

o       Offenders must provide their internet identifiers, email addresses and phone numbers;

o       Non-resident offenders must register within 3 working days after starting school or employment in the state;

o       Offenders must notify the sheriff before traveling outside of the United States;

o       The sex offender public registry made available through the internet shall not include internet identifiers, telephone numbers or adjudications as delinquent.

       The act limits certain of the act's registration requirements to offenders sentenced after July 1, 2001.
