Summary/Major Elements:

• This act:

o  Provides that a medical or dental insurance policy shall not require a dentist to provide a service at a fee prescribed under the insurer's fee schedule, unless the service is a covered service under the terms of the policy;

o  Applies to policies issued, renewed, delivered or issued for delivery on or after July 1, 2011.
