Subject:      Definition of vacant land for purposes of property disclosure.

Summary/Major Elements:

● In 2007 the Wyoming Legislature passed legislation requiring every seller of vacant land to provide any prospective buyer a property disclosure statement including specific information.

● This act provides a definition of vacant land for purposes of that statute.  The definition includes land:

o With no habitable dwelling;

o Which is not within the boundaries of a platted subdivision, city or town; and

o Which is less than one hundred forty acres.
