· Under current law any columbarium, vault, crypt or mausoleum must be subject to a perpetual care and maintenance trust.

● This act repeals the trust requirement for a columbarium owned by or for a church if the columbarium is less than one-half acre and is located immediately contiguous to or is part of the church facility.
