Summary/Major Elements:

● Provides that all child support orders shall be accompanied by a confidential statement containing the names, addresses, dates of birth, places of birth and social security numbers of parties to a child support order and each child to whom the order relates.

● Current law already provides that social security numbers of the parties and children to whom the order relates shall be confidential.
