Summary/Major Elements:

● Requires that the Department of Transportation and the Department of Administration and Information to retrofit or acquire vehicles in their fleets which operate on natural gas, or a combination of natural gas and another fuel by July 1, 2012.

● Provides $200,000.00 from the general fund to the Department of Administration and Information to retrofit or acquire vehicles that operate on natural gas as provided in this act.
