Summary/Major Elements:

· Increases the distance which a protest, picket or breach of the peace must remain from a funeral or memorial service from 300 feet to 900 feet.

· Clarifies that to be a criminal violation of Wyoming law, a protest, picket or breach of the peace within 900 feet of a funeral or memorial service, must be directed at the funeral or memorial service.
