· The Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act, 42 U.S.C. 1973ff, was recently amended to require states to provide ballots to military and overseas voters at least 45 days before an election.

· This act amends Wyoming law to meet the requirements of the federal law.

· This act authorizes county clerks to provide absentee ballots for primary and general elections in an electronic format to those with rights under the federal law.
