Summary/Major Elements:

· This act allows a county clerk or the secretary of state to conduct a special election by mail ballot if the original election was declared null and void under W.S. 22-16-122.

· The process for special mail ballot elections is the same as the process for other mail ballot elections, except the election official must provide at least one polling place on the day of the election which must be open between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
