Summary/Major Elements:

● Under current law, a disabled veteran is entitled to receive a disabled veteran's license plate without paying a fee for the plate. 

● This act allows the veteran to choose to receive any one of the military-related distinctive license plates for which they qualify without paying a fee, in lieu of the disabled plate.
