AN ACT relating to pet animals; creating the Wyoming pet animal program; providing for the protection and management of pet animals; providing definitions; creating the Wyoming pet animal advisory board; creating district pet animal boards; providing for meetings; creating the Wyoming pet animal program account; providing for funding for the account; creating district funds; providing for the prevention of cruelty to pet animals; providing for care of abandoned pet animals; providing for the destruction of diseased or injured pet animals; providing for liens; providing accepted management practices; providing for enforcement; providing penalties; requiring reports; providing conforming amendments; authorizing positions; providing appropriations; and providing for an effective date.
