AN ACT relating to hospital privileges for health care providers; modifying provisions relating to providers who may be granted privileges; clarifying provisions for hospital privileges; authorizing hospital privileges for advanced practice registered nurses; authorizing hospital staff bylaws to comply with government payment programs; modifying the reasons for denial of privileges; and providing for an effective date.
