NON-ADMINISTRATIVE IMPACT

Anticipated Revenue Increase:

GAME & FISH FUND

37,234

37,234

37,234

Source of revenue increase:

Sale of leftover Elk licenses to resident and nonresident hunters.

Assumptions:

All 400 leftover Elk licenses would be sold.  The 400 additional licenses would be sold in the same proportion of resident to nonresident licenses as the 2011 actual Elk licenses were sold.

Therefore an estimated 329 additional Elk licenses would be sold to residents at $48.00 per license generating $15,792. An estimated 71 additional Elk licenses would be sold to nonresidents at $302.00 per license generating $21,442 for a total of $37,234.
