Industrial siting impact payments.

FISCAL NOTE

The fiscal impact is indeterminable.

Costs associated with impact assistance would be established by the Industrial Siting Council based on evidence of the estimate of impact provided by the person constructing the industrial facility and the counties affected by the construction of the industrial facility.  The amount of impact assistance paid would be dependent on the number of projects under construction and would vary by project and the affected areas.  These costs cannot be projected without specific information about the projects anticipated.
