FISCAL NOTE

 

The fiscal impact, in the form of increased expenditures by state agencies, is indeterminable.

 

The comprehensive definition of “Information” and the required applicant notification within seven (7) days will increase the amount of staff time required to process requests. The ability to manage daily work load responsibilities will be impacted as well. This bill is likely to result in an increase in processing and administrative costs for state agencies. This increase is indeterminable.
