This bill contains an appropriation of $14,000,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the Department of Health.  This appropriation is effective immediately.

Description of Appropriation:

 

This appropriation assumes 24 months of Medicaid funding (both waiver and medical) for every person waiting on the three DD Waiver waiting lists greater than 6 months as of November 30, 2011.  Specifically, this appropriation is estimated to fund 159 Adult DD for $15.8 million, 133 Child DD for $6.8 million dollars and 60 ABI participants for $5.4 million.
