Anticipated Expenditure Increase:
Game and Fish License Recoupment	0	0	$54,172

Source of Expenditure Increase: Reimburse an estimated $54,172 to the Wyoming Game and Fish Fund from funds appropriated to the State Auditor for the Free and Reduced Price License Revenue Recoupment Program for the revenue lost by issuing pioneer licenses at $2 for each deer, antelope and wild turkey license and $5 for an elk license to all the individuals that will become eligible for the pioneer license due to the change in the qualification date.

Assumptions: Over the past four years on average an estimated 1,930 licenses were sold that would have met the requirements of this bill. Of those licenses: 359 were deer, 634 were antelope, 110 were wild turkey and 827 were for an elk license.
