FISCAL NOTE

 

2010 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 96 Section 3(a) and (b), as amended by 2011 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 134, Section 2 is amended to extend the reversion dates from June 30, 2012 to June 30, 2013 for two appropriations: first a $25,000 appropriation from the tobacco settlement trust income account to the department of health for the purpose of collecting and evaluating data related to the health care reform demonstration project; second a $750,000 appropriation from the tobacco settlement trust income account to the insurance department for the purpose of contracting with the board of directors of the Wyoming health insurance pool to implement the health care reform demonstration project.

 

Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 134 Section 3(a) and (b) is amended to extend the reversion dates from June 30, 2012 to June 30, 2013 for two appropriations: first a $1,500,000 appropriation from the general fund to the insurance department for the purposes of establishing a reserve account to pay claims in excess of amounts available if such claims are approved by the board and the governor approves use of funds in the reserve account; and second a $1,000,000 appropriation from the general fund to the insurance department for the purpose of contracting with the board of directors of the Wyoming health insurance pool to implement the health care reform demonstration project.
