Summary/Major Elements:

· The Attorney General's Office, Division of Victim Services, administers the Crime Victims Compensation Act, W.S. 1-40-101 et seq.  The Division provides support services to crime victims through public and nonprofit service providers. 

· This act clarifies the requirement that each service provider annually report to the Division an unduplicated count of the number of victims the provider served.
