AN ACT relating to senior citizen service districts; modifying mill levy imposition election requirements for those districts to every four (4) years; providing for four (4) year terms for district trustees; modifying authorized expenditures of funds; providing for staggering of terms; providing for application to existing districts; and providing for an effective date.
