Insert "Any funds remaining in this account related to e-rate revenues, upon the effective date of this section, which are in excess of the amounts appropriated in this section shall be transferred to and deposited to the school foundation program account.".

 

To the extent required by this amendment:  adjust totals; and renumber as necessary. BERGER
