Page 37-line 18 After "Aid" insert "1."; under GENERAL FUND increase amount by "5,000,000".

Page 37-after line 25 Insert:

"1.  Of this general fund appropriation, five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) shall only be expended to address issues associated with enrollment growth and shall not be used for salary increases.".
