Delete the Jaggi second reading amendment (HB0001H2029/A). Further amend as follows:

Page 37-line 18 After "Aid" insert "1."; under GENERAL FUND increase amount by "8,800,000".

Page 38-after line 6 Insert:

"1.  Of this general fund appropriation, eight million eight hundred thousand dollars ($8,800,000.00) shall only be expended to address issues associated with enrollment growth and shall not be used for salary increases.".
