Page 48-line 4 After "Administration" insert "1."; under GENERAL FUND increase amount by "1,200,000".
Page 48-After line 16 Insert:
"1. Of this general fund appropriation, one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000.00) shall only be used for salary adjustments to judicial branch employees, not including judges, for market pay adjustments to bring salaries as close as possible to ninety-one percent (91%) of market pay as determined by the most recently completed third party salary comparison study. No adjustment shall result in a salary in excess of ninety-one percent (91%) of market.".
