Page 131-After line 18 Insert the following new section and renumber as necessary:

"[WYOMING BUSINESS COUNCIL AND BOARD OF TOURISM STUDY]

Section 329.

(a)  The joint minerals, business and economic development interim committee shall review the status of the Wyoming business council and board of tourism and develop legislation as necessary to amend or repeal statutes under which the specified entities are treated differently than other executive branch agencies, including but not limited to personnel statutes. The legislation shall be prepared for introduction in the 2013 general session. Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) is appropriated from the general fund to the legislative service office for committee member salary, per diem and mileage for meetings conducted pursuant to this section.".
