Page 5-line 5 After "amount." insert "Prior to any decision or distribution under this subsection, the council shall provide the information received to the state loan and investment board. The state loan and investment board shall review the information and determine if any impact assistance payment distribution is required or if there are existing funds within the counties, cities and towns to address the impacts. No distribution shall be made under this subsection unless approved by the state loan and investment board.".
