"Section 2.  For the fiscal biennium beginning July 1, 2012, and ending June 30, 2014, and from existing funds within the board's special revenue fund, the professional teaching standards board is authorized one (1) full-time position to carry out the purposes of this act. This position and related funding shall not be included in the board's standard budget request for the 2015‑2016 biennium.".
