Page 3-line 23 Delete "for athletics facilities matching" insert "for the renovation and addition to the facilities of the college of engineering and applied science upon completion of Level II planning authorized in paragraph (i) of this subsection".

Page 3-line 24 Delete entirely.

Page 4-lines 1 through 23 Delete entirely.

Page 5-line 1 and 2 Delete entirely.
