"(b) Permanent employees of a school district who hold a valid concealed carry permit issued by the state of Wyoming under W.S. 6-8-104(a)(ii) may carry a concealed firearm on or into any facility of the school district, provided the employee first notifies the following persons that the employee intends to carry a concealed firearm on or into a school district facility:
(i) The superintendent of the school district; and
(ii) The principal of the school at which the employee is employed, or other person with responsibility for the school district facility at which the employee is employed.
(c) The superintendent of the school district shall inform all law enforcement agencies with jurisdiction over the area in which the school district facility is located of all permanent employees providing notice pursuant to subsection (b) of this section. Information provided under this subsection shall only be used by local law enforcement in preparing for a response to any potential incident at a school district facility.
(d) In addition to those persons specified in subsection (b) of this section, persons who hold a valid concealed carry permit issued by the state of Wyoming under W.S. 6-8-104(a)(ii) may carry a concealed firearm on or into a school or facility of the school district, provided:
(i) The person is the parent or legal guardian of a student currently enrolled in the school or school district facility;
(ii) Upon entering the school or school district facility, the person notifies the principal of the school or other person with responsibility for the school district facility that the person intends to carry a concealed firearm on or into the school or school district facility.
(e) Nothing in this section shall authorize a current student of a school district to carry a concealed firearm on or into any facility of a school district.".
