Page 1-After line 7     Insert:

"19‑9‑804.  National guard health care provider retention fund; creation; source of funds.

There is created the national guard health care provider retention account.  The account shall be administered by the adjutant general and shall consist of monies appropriated or designated to the account by law. All monies in the account not immediately necessary for the purposes of this article, which amount is certified by the adjutant general to the state treasurer, shall be invested and any interest earned shall be credited to the account.  All funds in the account are appropriated to the adjutant general to be used for the purposes authorized under this article.  All monies in the account that are not expended, encumbered or obligated shall revert to the general fund in accordance with the provisions of W.S. 19‑9‑805 on June 30, 2013 2017.".
