(xxii)  "Misconduct connected with work" means conduct rising above mere negligence or incompetence that is intentionally, willfully or wantonly against the policies, rules or interests of the employer;

            (xxii)(xxiii)  "This act" means W.S. 27‑3‑101 through 27‑3‑706.".
