(d)  Up to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) is appropriated from unobligated and unexpended amounts within the school capital construction account to the school facilities department to conduct an assessment of school buildings if necessary based upon any revised adequacy standards and facility guidelines for identified school building safety and security needs.  The assessment shall follow a report submitted on or before September 15, 2013, to the select school facilities committee and the joint appropriations interim committee on a review of standards and guidelines which require modification to improve building safety and security.".
