A JOINT RESOLUTION proposing to amend the Wyoming Constitution to remove the requirement that a person be a resident of the state of Wyoming to serve as a trustee of the University of Wyoming; limiting the number of nonresidents who may serve as trustees.

"The adoption of this amendment would allow the governor to appoint not more than two (2) nonresidents of the state to serve as University of Wyoming trustees.
