No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

This bill amends the Insurance Code in order to improve the Department's ability to regulate insurance holding company systems.  The bill does not increase or decrease revenues to the state.

The bill will increase the time spent on reviewing insurance holding company filings and documentation; however, the additional time is not expected to exceed 40 hours per year given the current number of domestic insurance companies.
