No significant fiscal or personnel impact is anticipated at the state level.

There is no real way to access if there would be an increase in any claims, as the peace officers that would be involved under this bill are already covered under the Wyoming Governmental Claims Act (WGCA). This bill would increase these peace officers' area of coverage in the event of an agency assist, but these peace officers are already covered by the WGCA and also by the Local Government Liability Pool.
