FISCAL NOTE

 

 

The Non-Administrative fiscal impact in the form of a revenue increase is indeterminable but based on information received from other states which have similar random drawing raffles, it is estimated that the Wyoming Game and Fish Fund would receive between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per year.

 

Source of Revenue Increase:

Sale of raffle tickets for one bighorn sheep, one moose, one mountain goat, one bison, one elk, one deer, one antelope, one grizzly bear (when delisted) and one wolf  license for $10.00 per ticket and the sale of raffle tickets for a chance to pick 3 licenses from the following license pool: one bighorn sheep, one moose, one mountain goat, one bison, one elk, one deer, one antelope one grizzly bear (when delisted), and one wolf license for $30.00 per ticket.

One time programming cost to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department’s Electronic Licensing Service System.

 

Assumptions:

Wyoming Game and Fish Department’s programming staff completes the system changes.
