Source of Expenditure Increase:

Additional spending authority will be used to pay for increased medical claims to the Wyoming State Employees' & Officials' Group Plan due to new benefit made.

Assumptions:

Estimated additional claims due to new mandate is anticipated to be between $33,600 and $56,000 for the first year (which is reduced due to fiscal year timing) and increasing 5% annually for medical inflation.  The number utilized for additional spending authority is the midpoint.
