No significant fiscal or personnel impact.

There is no anticipated revenue increase due to this bill.

Assumptions

Currently there are no liquefied gas outlets delivering gas in Wyoming used for operating or propelling vehicles on Wyoming roads.

There are liquefied gas outlets delivering liquefied gas in other states.  If facilities are developed in Wyoming delivering liquefied gas to vehicles operating on Wyoming roads they would be subject to motor fuel licensing and required to submit the equivalent tax per gallon of gasoline.
